Refund policy
Damaged items
All of our parcels are carefully packed by Maria and we go through great lengths to ensure they arrive in great condition. But we cannot guarantee that delicate filo pastry hasn't cracked on our treats. You may also experience a little bit of syrup leakage – it's the amount we use that sometimes escapes our wrapping (we're working to rectify this).
Cancelled items
If you have changed your mind and no longer want your Zymi order just get in touch with us to arrange a refund provided your order has not already been dispatched. If your order has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot offer a cancellation.
Returns
As our items are perishable, we unfortunately cannot offer returns if the order is unwanted.
