What makes Zymi baklava different?
Every box is hand-made by Maria in our Godalming kitchen from her Greek-Cypriot family recipes: paper-thin layers of filo, generous cinnamon-spiced walnut filling, and dessert-size slices that actually feel like a treat. Always leave room for Zymi.

How long do your treats last?
Best within ten days of the “date baked” on the packaging. Keep them in the fridge but eat them at room temperature, as they’re better that way.
Can I freeze your treats?
Yes, though you might end up eating them too quickly for that. If you do freeze them, defrost thoroughly and don’t keep them frozen for more than three months. The one exception is melomakarona, which aren’t suitable for home freezing.
