What makes Zymi baklava different?
Every box is hand-made by Maria in our Godalming kitchen from her Greek-Cypriot family recipes — proper paper-thin layers of filo, generous amounts of cinnamon-spiced walnut filling, and dessert-size slices that actually feel like a treat. Always leave room for Zymi.

How long do your treats last?
Best within ten days of the “date baked” on the packaging. Store in the fridge but eat at room temperature — they’re better that way.
Can I freeze your treats?
Yes — though you might end up eating them too quickly for that. If you do freeze, defrost thoroughly and don’t keep them frozen for more than three months.
Can you cater my event?

How do you send everything?
